Recurring Purchases in the Impact Shop

I’ve asked before and I’m flagging again as it would be so useful for funding on behalf of my clients and customers: I’d love a “set and forget” option for things like tree planting, to make them recurring on behalf of my customers. For example, I keep forgetting to renew manually, but if I could do one tree a month for a web hosting client, or a batch of say 25 a year for retainer clients.

Make Climate Action Workforce public profile callout optional

Hi — I LOVE the new design/page. One bit of feedback though — and this really might just be me — but as a consultant/freelancer the “Our Climate Action Workforce” section undermines my marketing efforts a little bit. While I certainly don’t lie about the size of the team (!) I do have to be creative with how we present our team of freelancers. My Ecologi efforts are more based on buying trees on a per client/site basis, and this section just feels a bit awkward? Would be great if the counter was optional?

Public Profile

Hello, While I generally embrace change, I really do miss the old style ‘forest’ with animated tiles. Much more engaging for my clients (and staff). The new version is rather cold, uninviting, and data-driven. I can’t imagine many casual visitors would stay long. My company name does not stand out in the formatting and font used. How about inserting my logo? Work needed here I think.

Customizable “Customer Impact Emails” Content Blocks

Customer Impact Emails are a strong and valuable feature, but currently their content structure cannot be customized. There is no option to remove or disable the second paragraph showing cumulative store-wide totals for trees funded and carbon removals, which in some cases we prefer not to display. Allowing brands to toggle content blocks or choose between different email versions (order-level impact only vs. cumulative impact) would greatly improve flexibility and alignment with brand communication strategies.
