Make Climate Action Workforce public profile callout optional

Hi — I LOVE the new design/page.

One bit of feedback though — and this really might just be me — but as a consultant/freelancer the “Our Climate Action Workforce” section undermines my marketing efforts a little bit.

While I certainly don’t lie about the size of the team (!) I do have to be creative with how we present our team of freelancers.

My Ecologi efforts are more based on buying trees on a per client/site basis, and this section just feels a bit awkward?

Would be great if the counter was optional?
