    Sorry to hear that you’ve run into some issues.

    Unfortunately the screenshot does not provide us with quite enough information to replicate this issue.

    Are you able to provide us with the details for one of the flights so we can look into it for you?

    In the mean time we’ve implemented some improvements to the errors we display so its clearer what has gone wrong.
